Genting surges on speculation casino will open early

dannychiaPETALING JAYA: Malaysian duo Danny Chia and Iain Steel failed to qualify for the Omega Mission Hills World Cup despite playing on home turf, after finishing fourth in the Asian Qualifier here today.

Chia and Steel, who were chasing Malaysia’s first World Cup appearance in eight years, fought their hearts out during the final round of the World Cup qualifier held at the Kelab Golf Seri Selangor (KGSS) here today, but a bogey on the 17th hole dashed their hopes while Pakistan sneaked in to clinch third spot. The Jockey Club Kau Sai Chau Public Course in Hong Kong recently became the world’s first golf facility and the Sebonack Golf Club in Southampton, N.Y., the first U.S. golf club to power their entire golf car fleets with solar energy. Club Corp intrested in Glen Oaks Country Club

Sergio Garcia confirms to play Omega Mission Hills World Cup

sergiogarciaStenson, one half of the dynamic Swedish duo who secured the Omega Mission Hills World Cup for their country, will defend the trophy at Mission Hills, where he and partner Robert Karlsson recorded a three shot victory.
